- Make sure you have all the tools & supplies that you need laid out in front of you.
- Wash your hands so that they are nice and clean,
- Pro-tip: Pinch off a tiny amount of white fondant & rub it between your fingers & the palms of your hands, then discard. The fondant will stick to any fluff & dirt that are still on your hands.
- We recommend you make both the horn & ears a few days in advance if you can. This will allow the fondant to dry & it'll be easier to handle when you insert them in the cake!
