Bake It Box does not accept returns on any of our baking kits nor offer refunds, including no partial refunds. For 3, 6 or 12 months subscription that has already started, Bake It Box may, at its sole and absolute discretion, decide to offer a refund under extenuating circumstances.
For hygiene reasons, certain products from the "Shop" are non exchangeable nor refundable. These may include, but are not limited to food products of any kind, decorating tools, moulds, etc.
If you wish to return an item however, the item must be in the original condition they were delivered, unopened & unused. Please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order via email. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis only & approval for a request is at the sole and absolute discretion of Bake It Box. A refund will be processed once the items are received in good condition. Any postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
